Financial & Credit Officer (m/w)

XDC is the leading digital cinema service company in continental Europe. In the scope of its expansion phase, we are looking for a full time Financial & Credit Officer who will participate to large-scale financing program of digital cinema equipment to rollout in Europe. The position is based in XDC's headquarters in Liege and will report to the Vice President Finance & Administration.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Collect prospect/customer's financial statements and perform credit analysis
  • Arrange loan drawing request with lender's based on operational planning provided by project management team
  • Forecast and monitor cash flows
  • Ensure fulfilment of bank's covenant and financial ratios
  • Liaise with accounting department for fixed assets and debt reconciliation
  • Perform adhoc financial and budget analysis
  • Participate to quarterly financial closing and reporting

Required:

  • Master's Degree in Economics
  • 5-8 years experience in a equivalent function in bank sector or within commercial companies
  • Fluent in French and English. Any other languages (German) would be a plus
  • Knowledge of business law
  • Strong analytical and efficiency skills
  • Project management oriented
  • Solid proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access,...)
  • Flexible and stress resistant

Account Project Manager (m/w)

XDC is the leading digital cinema service company in continental Europe. In the scope of its expansion, we are looking for a full time Account Project Manager who will participate in the deployment of digital cinema equipment in Europe. The position is based in XDC's headquarters in Liege and will report to the Vice President Operations.


Job Purpose

In the continuity of commercial initiative and once the contract is signed with the customer, the Account Project manager is in charge of organizing the different aspects of the deployment and doing the follow-up close to the customer.


Main responsibilities include:

  • First contact with the customer once the contract is signed, he/she answers customer's questions regarding the deployment and build a long-term relationship based on trust and regular communication
  • Follows current commercial projects, ensuring among others that the material availability and human resources are consistent with the planned schedule
  • Plans equipment forecast and delivery through regular contacts with our suppliers
  • Informs the client about the progress of the digital deployment
  • Conducts regular meetings with various internal XDC departments to ensure coordination (Sales, Supply Chain, Field Operations, ...)
  • Assists in addressing the customer's technical or operational issues by communicating clearly and consistently
  • Issues customer reports, directed to XDC Management

Required:

  • BAC + 3 (International trade or technics)
  • Experience in Project Management (min 3 years) in the commercial or technical areas
  • Working languages: English essential and a good knowledge of German and/or Dutch is an asset

Secrétaire administrative

Missions :

Sous la supervision du Vice-Président Finances et Administration, vous serez en charge de :

  • Assister l'ensemble des départements dans les tâches administratives
  • Apporter votre soutien logistique dans l'organisation de réunions, téléconférences, communications diverses,...
  • Assurer l'accueil téléphonique et des visiteurs de la société

Tâches :

  • Assure les tâches diverses de secrétariat des différents départements (rédaction de courrier, impression de dossiers, encodage de nouveaux contacts,...)
  • Réceptionne les appels téléphoniques et accueille les visiteurs de manière prévenante et professionnelle.
  • Assiste les équipes dans ses déplacements, la gestion de l'agenda général et les contacts clients (rendez-vous, demande d'infos)
  • S'assure du bon respect du planning des salles de réunion
  • Gère le courrier entrant et l'expédition de celui-ci
  • Filtre les e-mails et faxes entrants dans divers boites publiques et les distribue vers les bons destinataires
  • Encode et imprime les congés
  • Gère diverses commandes de consommables (fourniture de bureau, timbres, repas, ...)
  • Aide dans la préparation de foires (accréditation, logement, déplacement, envoi de documentation) et dans la mise en place éventuelle d'un stand

Exigences de l'emploi :

    • Formation

    • BAC + 3 (secrétariat de direction ou commercial, communication, tourisme,...)

    • Expérience

    • Souhaitée de plus de trois ans dans un poste d'assistant(e) de direction dans une entreprise internationale

    • Compétences

    • BAC + 3 (secrétariat de direction ou commercial, communication, tourisme,...)
    • Anglais et une bonne connaissance de l'allemand et/ou du néérlandais sont un atout

Customer Support Engineer FR/EN/NL (w/m)


XDC is the leading digital cinema service company in continental Europe. Having successfully built up the Europe's largest digital cinema network, it is now moving into its next phase of expansion, with pan-European large-scale digital cinema rollouts.

The network is operated from the XDC Headquarters in Liège, Belgium. Through the XDC NOC Tools, the XDC Contact Centre (called NOC in the industry) operates mainly second but also first line support to its digital cinema customers.

XDC is looking for a full time Customer Support Engineer (M or F) that will incorporate the XDC NOC team. Reporting to the NOC Manager, the Customer Support Engineer will assist our digital cinema partners and customers in their operations.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Open incident or problem's tickets as soon as they are triggered either by the monitoring system or by a customer contact and solve them through the provided tools (knowledge base, remote control…);
  • Answer customer questions regarding hardware and software equipment in booth cinemas in a professional and kindly way;
  • Close incident tickets as soon as they are solved and keep the customer informed about the status of problem;
  • Understand and manage digital cinema systems and technologies, through training and experience;
  • Request help to other departments and suppliers for complex issues, prepare problem's documentation accordingly;
  • Evaluate with other CSE, procedures in place and, when needed, suggest optimisations to the NOC Manager;
  • Carry out off line task, either planned or punctual, on demand of the NOC Manager;
  • Understand the importance of the SLA in place and respect terms and conditions around it;
  • Above your NOC agent responsibilities, you may be requested to go on site to support our customers and/or to fine tune your understanding of the systems,
  • Punctually on-site technical support;
  • On-calls duty (evening and week-ends following a team schedule)

Required:

  • Multilingual (English/French + other language as Dutch or German);
  • Good knowledge in data communication mechanisms and TCP/IP protocols;
  • Experience in helpdesk and/or customer support;
  • Flexible;
  • Organised and systematic with strong analytical skills;
  • Stress resistant;
  • Understanding of computer structure and systems;
  • Experience in AV technology would be a plus;
  • Ready to travel when requested;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Proactivity in solution process in raised issues;
  • Team spirit
